2016 - 2026
I begun to take detail away from my work, objective representation no longer mattered.
My paintings are now totally abstract where nothing is real except colour.
In October 2018 I went to New York to study under the renown abstract and colour field painter Pat Lipsky. This was a turning point, I could see how to achieve paintings which had only been in my head before now.
2010 – 2016
Moved to Suffolk. Began to paint the surrounding landscape, through the changing seasons.
1994 – 2010
Painted portraits to commission, painted murals in private houses, furniture renovation and gold and silver leafing.
Taught still-life painting part-time in Wanstead Adult College.
1995
Artist in residence at New Hall Convent School, Chelmsford. Began a new series of paintings pertaining to feminism.

Paintings shown and sold in Fisher Gallery, Neal St. A pop-up gallery.
Paintings on screens exhibited in The Suzanne Ruggles Gallery, Fulham.
Work shown and sold in The Cooling Gallery, Cork St.
Commissioned to paint several large works in house in NW8.

Lecturer in drawing and painting, Harlow College, Essex.

Exhibition of paintings in Neal St Gallery.
Travelled to India, Rajistan, Kenya and Tanzania. Exhibition at Academy House, Oxford St of work resulting from my travels.
Returned from Crete, sold works produced there.

Travelled to Crete to live and set up a studio.
Began painting the local landscape and travelled to neighbouring countries, Egypt, Turkey, Italy, Africa and the Greek Islands.
